Nothing not to like.

Located only a short walk from Tenjin station, the hotel's proximity to Canal City was convenient for exploring the city's attractions. the room was clean and had accessible amenities, including free internet and a smartphone. the staff were friendly and helpful, providing recommendations for nearby restaurants and laundry facilities.

Some guests had indicated issues with baggage storage and finding the building by car, which could potentially be inconvenient for future visitors.

Excellent stay, the rooms were clean, and the staff was very helpful. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, close to shopping centers and restaurants. The room had a kitchenette and a washing machine, which was very handy while travelling with kids. The bathroom was sparkling clean.

That the dryer was not working properly, so we had to use a blow dryer for our clothes. But considering the overall quality of the hotel, that was just a minor inconvenience.

We loved the attention to detail at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and soft pillows. The bathroom was well-designed and had separate areas for the toilet, sink, and shower. We also appreciated the extra amenities provided, such as a lint remover, hair dryer, and bath essentials. The hotel's location near Canal City and the police station made it easy to get around this city.

We spent a wonderful Christmas vacation with my family. Great location, just a few steps away from a 24, hour convenience store and a local supermarket. Room was well, equipped, included a washing machine and complementary laundry detergent. Staff was very friendly and attentive.

Room was a bit small for a family of six, with lack of hanging space for winter coats and clothes. Kitchen equipment was limited with no toaster or peeler, and there were only two chairs for us to use.
